Terms of Service

Welcome to MININSIDE GAMES LIMITED. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, interactive story games, and our website (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

When you create an account with us (including via third-party logins such as Google, Apple, or other authentication providers), you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Content and Services

Our Services allow you to view, interact with, and experience various types of content, including text, images, videos, audio, and interactive story narratives. Some content may contain mature themes suitable for teen and adult audiences.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any portion of the Services.
  • Bypass, circumvent, or interfere with any security-related features, licensing mechanisms, or ad-displaying systems integrated into the Services.
  • Use automated systems, bots, spiders, crawlers, or similar tools to access the Services without prior written permission.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the functioning of our servers or networks.

4. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

Our Services may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks (including but not limited to Appodeal, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and their mediation partners). By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to the display of such advertisements.

We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of third-party advertisers or ad networks. Any interactions with advertisements, including clicks and purchases, are conducted directly between you and the advertiser, subject to their own terms and policies.

Third-party advertising partners may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with their privacy policies to personalize advertisements. You may manage your ad preferences through your device settings or the third-party's privacy controls.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to software, source code, designs, graphics, text, audio, video, trademarks, logos, and all other content (excluding user-generated content where applicable), are and will remain the exclusive property of MININSIDE GAMES LIMITED and its licensors.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any portion of the Services without prior written authorization from us. Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal penalties.

6. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

Some of our applications may offer virtual items, currencies, or premium content for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the platform from which the purchase was made (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store).

Virtual items have no monetary value outside the Services and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the availability of any virtual items at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MININSIDE GAMES LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for access to the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, our business interests, or violates applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

9. Updates to Services and Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. We reserve the right to amend these Terms periodically. Amendments will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
